Welcome to Pear Tree Farm Guest House, set in the picturesque village of Lea, Dethick and Holloway in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside. Situated with an idyllic south-facing aspect and views over the historic Lea Valley (on the cusp of the UNESCO Derwent Valley World Heritage Site), guests can enjoy a wonderful break in a charming part of rural England.
We offer classic self catering accommodation in our traditionally-built and characterful guest house. Our 9 en-suite bedrooms can sleep up to 22 all styled with original pieces of artwork. Two ground floor bedrooms are accessible and are equipped with walk-in showers (no step).
Guests can relax in our spacious yet cosy lounge with wood burning stove and our generous dining room provides the perfect place to host a family get-together, celebrations or business away days. Our well-equipped kitchens has a range cooker, 2 ovens and a walk-in chiller.
We have ample private parking, and a guest garden equipped with BBQ and garden furniture.
