The Accommodation

Pear Tree Farm is a traditionally built four-star guest house which can be hired as a holiday rental.

Guest Accommodation and bedrooms

We have nine bedrooms (4 doubles, 3 twins and 2 family rooms) all en-suite power shower and individually styled with original artwork and beds are all made up with linen, duvets, 2 pillows each.  Our rooms are equiped with T.V & video player, towels, hairdryer and bathroom essentials liquid hand wash, body wash, shampoo and hand and body lotion with toilet rolls provided. Two rooms are located on the ground floor and are suitable for wheelchair access. Please view our Layout & photo section to see all 9 rooms.

Guest Lounge

Our spacious guest lounge has a lovely wood burning stove (the log store is just outside), large TV, Video & DVD player and is the perfect place to relax. There is a range of games, books, videos, dvd's and magazines made available to guests for the duration of their stay. Digital CD player and radio is provided but please bring your own music.  A selection of glasses (wine, water and beer) are provided in the lounge cabinet and table cloths are in the lounge dresser.

Dining Room

Our large dining room will seat everyone on refectory tables and chairs, oak flooring and blackboard for your own menu and comments!
There are 2 high chairs.

Kitchen

Kitchens have everything in with electric induction range cooker 2 ovens and 2 grills one in the cooker and one above the cooker. 2 x 4 bar toasters, microwave, 2 fridges, freezers, dishwasher, washer and dryer. There is a walk in chiller room on request if needed. 2 Ironing boards and 1 iron and 1 steamer. We have a spare LPG cooker single oven if needed in the back kitchen.  Cleaning materials are provided. 

 For the summer, we have a patio area with tables & chairs as well as a gazebo and BBQ facilities by arrangement. Great views all around South facing house overlooking the Lea Valley and bordered by Lea Brook.

WiFi

All our rooms have free code-accessed WiFi.
 
Parking

We have a large area off-road car park adjacent to the Guest House and space past the house for extra parking near the art studio.

Art Studio

This is a wooden heated building for general use. 20ft x 30 ft apx with tables and chairs.

Note: Sue and Alan live next door in the old farmhouse should you need anything.
