The guest house sleeps up to 22 adults in 9 en-suite bedrooms (4 doubles, 3 twins and 2 family rooms). Three extra 'put up' beds are available for children on request. Room 1: ground floor accessible double room Room 2: ground floor accessible twin room Room 3: first floor double room Room 4: first floor twin room Room 5: first floor double room Room 6: first floor twin room Room 7: first floor double room Room 8: first floor family room Room 9: second floor attic family room. Beds are all made up with linen, duvets and 2 pillows per person. Our rooms are equipped with towels, hairdryer and bathroom essentials (hand wash, body wash, shampoo) with toilet rolls provided. The family rooms each have 1 double and 2 full-size single beds. These rooms have a bath with shower over. One travel cot, 1 wooden drop-side cot and a baby bath are available on request. Guest Lounge Our spacious guest lounge has a lovely wood burning stove (the log store is just outside), large TV & DVD player and is the perfect place to relax. There is a range of games, books and DVDs made available to guests for the duration of their stay. Digital CD player and radio is provided but please bring your own music. Dining Room Our large dining room will seat everyone on refectory tables and chairs, oak flooring and blackboard for your own menu and comments! There are 2 high chairs. Kitchen Kitchens have everything in with electric induction range cooker 2 ovens and 2 grills one in the cooker and one above the cooker. 2 x 4 bar toasters, microwave, 2 fridges, freezers, dishwasher, washer and dryer. 2 Ironing boards and 1 iron and 1 steamer. We have a spare LPG cooker single oven if needed in the back kitchen. Cleaning materials are provided. For the summer, we have a patio area with tables & chairs as well as a gazebo and BBQ. Great views all around overlooking the Lea Valley and bordered by Lea Brook. WiFi We have free code-accessed WiFi. Parking We have a large area off-road car park adjacent to the guest house. |
