For large groups  we ask for £2250 for 2 nights weekend, 3 nights £2750 contact us for more nights / week bookings.  Bank holidays are a minimum 3 night stay and please ask for a quotation for longer stays.

Overview:
Guest house sleeps 18-22 adults in 9 bedrooms which are all en-suite power shower (4 double, 3 twin and 2 family where both have a double and 2 single full sized beds with en-suite bath/power shower over). There are 3 extra put ups available for young adults or children, 1 travel cot, 1 wooden drop side cot and baby bath for shower rooms if needed. All bedding supplied with soaps, toilet rolls, towels in bathroom.  Large lounge with woodburner (logs just outside), separate dining room seating 22, kitchens everything in with range cooker 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, etc. for self catering and walk in chiller (please request if needed extra to fridges provided).

Small contributions will be added towards extra electric if using the walk in chiller or you have booked a hot tub depending on number of nights or bringing well behaved pets for extra cleaning.
